All orders placed through the BACUZZI website are prepared fresh to order. Please review your order carefully before confirming and completing payment.
Final orders
Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully completed, the order cannot be cancelled and the payment is non-refundable.
No refunds for change of mind
BACUZZI does not provide refunds where a customer changes their mind, orders incorrectly, is unavailable to receive the order, or no longer wants the order. This includes errors in item selection, quantity, pickup or delivery preference, or contact details entered by the customer.
Review before payment
Customers are responsible for checking their order summary, quantities, selected items, delivery or pickup details, and contact information before completing payment. BACUZZI prepares orders based on the information submitted at checkout.
Discretionary resolution
If BACUZZI is unable to fulfil an order due to an issue caused by BACUZZI, or where applicable due to a payment or technical error resulting in an incorrect charge, BACUZZI may review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. Any resolution is provided as an exception and does not create an obligation to grant refunds in other circumstances.
