Once a customer confirms an order and payment has been successfully completed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or changed by the customer. Please review your order carefully before paying.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order, quantities, selections, delivery or pickup details, and contact information before completing payment. BACUZZI prepares and fulfils orders based on the information submitted at checkout.
Non-refundable payments
Payments are non-refundable except where BACUZZI determines that a refund or other remedy is appropriate, including circumstances where BACUZZI cannot fulfil the order. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.
Order refusal or cancellation by BACUZZI
BACUZZI may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment in exceptional circumstances, including technical problems, suspected fraudulent activity, unavailable products, or other circumstances outside BACUZZI's reasonable control.

BACUZZI makes reasonable efforts to keep menu descriptions, photographs, and prices accurate. However, menu items, availability, and prices may change without prior notice. The prices displayed at checkout are the applicable prices for your order.
Payment
Orders requiring online payment must be successfully paid through the available payment provider before they are treated as paid orders. Payment information is processed through the relevant third-party payment provider and is subject to their terms.
Food preparation
BACUZZI prepares food to order. Preparation times can vary depending on the items ordered, current demand, and kitchen capacity.
Delivery
For delivery orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being reasonably available to receive the order. BACUZZI cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information, inability to contact the customer, or circumstances outside BACUZZI's reasonable control.
Pickup
Customers selecting pickup are responsible for collecting the order within the applicable pickup period. If you are delayed, please contact us so we can advise whether the order can be held.
Allergens
BACUZZI handles a wide range of ingredients, including common allergens. Customers with allergies or specific dietary requirements should contact BACUZZI before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
